Accommodation/Rooms

The Resident’s Block 1 has 200 accommodation rooms, which are fully-furnished rooms with attached bathrooms, akin to a multi-starred hotel. Another Resident’s Block 2 has 63 studios & 54 suites.

The rooms are fully equipped with LCD TV, personal Electronic Safe, large storage Closet, fridge, tea/coffee kettle equipped with whitener, sugar cubes, biscuits, etc.

Lobby

As one enters the Resident’s Blocks, the lobby comes across as a spectacular architectural marvel having luxurious seating arrangements, wall-mounted LCD, tower AC’s and the ambience of which is enhanced by modern architecture.

Auditorium/Meeting/Entertainment Centre

‘Vibrations Auditorium – may it be called meeting centre- may it be called meditation center- may it be called Mass prayer centre, it will be the hub of activity which may host some of the National /International events and Programs centered around spiritual growth and for bringing smiles on the faces of Senior Residents. It has been designed to enable large audiences to hear and watch performances and discourses.

It may also be used as a meditation hall, stress management classes, seminars, conferences along with a yogic exercise point, where the same will be performed under the supervision of professional instructors.

Magnificent Gardens

There are two well-maintained lush green gardens, a large water body, and around five hundred potted plants.

Indoor Leisure’s

The facility has a 10,000 sq.feet entertainment area which includes a well-furnished library, tambola room, an internet cafe, and a mini theatre to watch favourite movies. There are also facilities for playing indoor games like cards, chess, carom, and table tennis.

Dining

The dining hall is centrally air-conditioned, the whole campus is power backed up with an eco-friendly atmosphere, and the staffs are well trained to handle emergencies and excel in crisis management.

FACILITIES

Apart from dedicating the exquisite campus to the Senior Citizens (who are 60 years and above) at 100% hassle-free refundable security, the Dream & Beauty Charitable Trust has outsourced the other basic parts of lifestyle activities to a multi-task oriented Integrated Service provider to cater to Food and Beverage, laundry arrangement, maintenance of gardens, stay and leisure areas, Security and Safety requirements as well as round the clock Housekeeping services.
