With the blessings of the almighty and guidance of Mr Anil K. Monga, Chairman of DBCTrust, Heavenly Palace Celebrated Fathers’ day with much exuberance and fanfare.The event started with the inauguration of Gym, which is gifted by Mr Anil K Monga to the residents of Heavenly Palace, in keeping with the tradition of such annual gifts for the residents of HP. Col Sanjay Bhatia(Retd), GM, DBCT enlightened the residents about the history of Fathers’ day and it’s relevance in today’s scenario. There were performances by Heavenly Angels Children, residents. Games like musical chairs were also played. Dr Sardara Singh Johl, Sr Advisor , Mr Narula, Trustee and GM conveyed their wishes to the fathers of HP, with roses. Finally the celebrations ended with the cake cutting ceremony and sumptuous lunch.



A High Court & Session Judge Mr. Gurbir Singh along with CGM Dr. Gurpreet Kaur visited Heavenly Palace. They interacted with Senior Citizens & educate them on free facilities of legal matters available for Senior Citizens. Mr. Gurbir Singh was kind enough to agree to send his advocate every 15 days to look into the personal matters of property/ ill treatment mated by the residents from their children. Residents were highly happy & sang a song for gathering.



With the blessings of Almighty and as desired by Chair person Mr. Anil. K. Monga. Heavenly Palace organised a yoga camp in the lush green lawns under the able guidance of Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan. All the residents participated in the yoga camp to achieve perfect coordination between the mind and body. This also enhanced their spiritual growth. Residents also enjoyed the musical session by singing songs.



May Month ended with the Birthday Celebrations of all May Born Senior Citizens of Heavenly Palace at Doraha (Ludhiana). It was celebrated by cutting cake. All the residents participated in the celebration and were highly sentimental on the occasion.



A meditation session was conducted on poornima by Heavenly Palace. Residents participated & enjoyed the meditation session with Dr. Pooja Jain. This feature of meditation has become a regular affair of Heavenly Palace to soothe their anxiety.



Senior citizens day for the month of June was celebrated at Heavenly Palace followed by presentation given by Col Sanjay Bhatia (GM) on the topic of ‘Bad effects of usage of plastic and how plastic usage can be reduced in Heavenly Palace?’ and elaborated that Plastic is a beautiful material but because of excessive misuse it takes 1000 years to perish. It has started entering into every sphere of our life and has affected each & every human being, marine life, animals and every living being. We all need to initiate a step towards stopping usage of the plastics and force ourselves to live without it. All the residents participated and gave suggestions to create a healthy environment with adoption of new ways to reduce usage of plastic in Heavenly land of Heavenly Palace.



Residents of Heavenly Palace arranged a sun set picnic at Rakh Bagh Ludhiana. Senior citizens had great fun times, engaging themselves into fun games, train ride and other entertaining activities. Mrs. Neeru Sital (Managing Trustee) Mr. Amrit Bhambri (Trustee), Col Sanjay Bhatia ( General Manager), Mrs. Mani Bhambri and her friends were also participated in the picnic just to add the charm & entertainment. The visitors from general public to the park also mingled up with the Senior Citizens of Heavenly Palace.



Dream & Beauty Charitable Trust celebrated Mother’s day at Heavenly Palace Doraha with a lot of exuberance and fanfare. The function started with slide show of each lady/ Mother of Heavenly Palace in the presence of Dr. Sardara Singh Johl (Advisor) & Col. Sanjay Bhatia (GM). The mood on the campus was upbeat and residents were totally absorbed in the spirit of Mother’s day and ladies were happy by the special attention being given to them. Mother’s day was followed by a dance performance of Heavenly Angels (Home for orphans) by Muskan, Mahi & Parveen.Fun filled activities were organized in which all the ladies participated enthusiastically followed by musical chairs game and dance.

Function was winded up with the vote of thanks by Dr. Sardara Singh Johl (Advisor). He presented a valuable speech and remarked that God cannot be everywhere that is the reason he created mother and Mother’s Day is the beautiful way to convey them all the gratitude we have for them. Col. Sanjay Bhatia (General Manager) remarked that no other relationship can be equivalent to mother and kids relationship. Cultural program was held for the residents of Heavenly Palace. Cake cutting ceremony was followed in the end of the function.



A five day Pooja was organised by Chairman, Mr. Anil K Monga for peace, happiness & well being of residents of Heavenly Palace. This culminated with Yagya, Havan by 23 Pandits. All residents were extremely happy & satisfied. Residents of all religions participated in Havan. Havan was performed under the Divine fervour & spirituality at Heavenly Palace. All residents participated with a lot of interest in Pooja & Yagya. They listened to Pravachans with interest and felt blessed.



Health care is a necessary part of every human. At the Heavenly Palace we organize regular healthcare camps for health issues. We wanted to better understand the health of our all members, So an eye camp was organised at the Heavenly Palace with the help of Fortis Hospital. All the residents and staff got their eyes checked & tested for various ailments. Doctors also gave advice to care and protect their eye and eye sights. All of them were very happy, satisfied and appreciative of the medical lectures & camps being organised by Heavenly Palace. Our sincere thanks go to Fortis Hospital and their team.
